To become a Peacocks Lady, you must meet some basic requirements before passing your interview and starting your training.

We are very proud of our girls and reward them for their hard work and efforts. If you possess the following, then we could love to hear from you:

Passion - You must have a passion for delivering excellent service to our guests and a drive to climb up the ladder.
Skill - You must be able to para role play! We want to transport our clients with the use of words alone, and your skills as a writer must be capable of doing so. We do host emoting classes to help you fine tune those skills and abilities. We do not allow text speak.
Looks - Your avatar must be eye catching, unique and fresh. You must have an up-to-date mesh body and head and curves in all the right places, but please be semi-realistic. Most of all, you must be fashionable, not cheap.
Personality - We hire Queens, not princesses! You must be a seductress, not a slut, our clients expect only the best, so we expect only the best from our ladies. We celebrate hard-working, successful women and work together to help everyone achieve their goals. Jealousy, diva attitudes or nasty behavior will not be tolerated.

PLEASE NOTE - we will not hire anyone who is less than 3 months old,and you must be willing to be voice verified and body inspected during your first interview

DEBUTANTE, Countess & Duchess

There are three levels of ladies in our club--Debutante, Countess & Duchess. All our ladies keep 80% of their earnings.

Debutante - As the name suggests, this is a lady just coming into our society and is currently training. Everyone has been a Debutante at one point or another within our establishment, and you will be well cared for and trained during this 2-3 week introduction period. As a Debutante, there are some limitations to what you can offer while in training.

Countess - Once our ladies have passed their training and test, they are awarded the title of Countess. This means you are able to provide full escorting services at our venue and are also entitled to the perks of the position (please see below).

Duchess - To become a Duchess is a huge honor. You will be one of the top-earning girls within our club and earn many rewards for your hard work and dedication. These are the most sought-after ladies in Second Life and you may very well be the next one.

Employee Perks

Debutantes in Training

You do not need to pay for an ad board while training with us. We understand our training weeks can be hard work, and we certainly do not want to profit from training our potential new stars.

Girl of the Week

This is not judged on earnings alone, but also judges on how much this lady gets involved in the club and her fellow ladies. Along with having her photo in the Main Room, she will earn a cash prize as well as receive a complimentary week on her ad board.

Duchess of the Month

This is our biggest award for the highest earning girl in the month. This wonderful lady will receive a large cash prize from the club, her photo in the Main Room as well as a month paid for on one of our rental properties. She will also be the head dancer at our next upcoming event.

Incentives

There will be a variety of incentives to win cash prizes, free rentals and special perks throughout your time with us. Prizes can range from 500L - 10,000L
